COTGRAVE COLTS TOURNAMENT 2012

ANNUAL TOURNAMENT 19th and 20th May 2012

 We would like to invite your team to join us for the Cotgrave Colts

Annual Football Tournament to be played during May, after the

conclusion of the YEL season. Entry forms downloadable here.

Our tournament has built up a strong reputation since 1993 for

attracting plenty of teams, matches played on time and contesting in a competitive but sporting manner.

Under 7s to Under 10s will play 7 a side Mini Soccer, u11s will play 6 a side and the u12s and u13s will play 5 a side, up to 3 subs per match.

All age groups

except u7s and u8s will be registered players only, registration cards (2011/12) will be checked on the day and no exceptions.

The exact format per age group will be confirmed after the closing date of 31 March 2011, but typically our 20 Team format would be 4 Groups of 5 teams, followed by Main and Plate Quarter finals which give all standards of teams a chance to win quality trophies.

Entry is just £25 per team, cheque payable to Cotgrave Colts

Places cannot be reserved, all places booked on receipt of payment.

We expect ALL age groups to fill very quickly, we have given a 14 day guarantee to teams that entered last year, but all age groups are filled on a first come basis with full payment. Thedeadline for entries is 31st March but get your entries in quick to avoid disappointment as some age groups will fill during February.

You will receive a confirmation of entry within 7 days of its receipt.

Fixtures and rules etc will be sent out to each team by 1st May all by email.

Refreshments will be sold by Cotgrave Colts, such as burgers, drinks, sweets etc.

The consumption of alcohol and use of personal BBQs is not permitted at the event. Parking is £1 per car and a quality programme will be on sale at 50p

TEAM MUST BRING THIS SEASONS REGISTRATIONS CARDS

Winners/R/up trophies will be awarded to all players plus a MAX of 3 subs per team on the day. Teams are permitted to bring any number of players per team (no limit) extra trophies can be supplied later at cost price – but registered players only.
