Feedback: name: john dale Involvement: Cotgrave Manager well done today lads we were up against a very good arnold side for the second week on the trot. we were a little unlucky last week when we nearly got a point and today our luck got worse the phone calls just didn't stop on friday and with 4 players missing and that including our 3 keeper options we knew it was going to be hard. glen went in goal today and did great,he did not moan and got on with the task at hand. all the players played with our new found belief that we can compete with anyone in the league. we were out played for much of the first half but kept to our task of closing down the opposition at every chance. we scored just before the break and went in 2-1 down at half time. the second half saw us play much better but arnold took there chances well and run out 6-2 winners. to summarise well done today we were not at full strength today but everyone played great if we keep this up and play with this belief in our remaining games i am sure we will do well |
