Squad: (Harry,Luis,Luke H,Luke S,Ben,Clarke,James,Jacob,Jordan,Kieran,Liam and Adam) 

Pelican kicked off the first half with Cotgrave strong on the attack giving Jordan the opportunity for a shot. Harry's new boots seem to be doing the trick, both teams playing really well, giving Cotgrave a corner which was took by Luis for Pelican to clear from the goal mouth,  then giving Pelican the chance to go on the attack, but only to meet up with jacob and Luke S in Cotgrave defence who are both playing very strong this season, it will take alot to get past them!  

The ball come into Luis's feet who then went on the attack at Pelican goal only to be cleared by a strong Pelican defence once again. A goal had to come soon as the Cotgrave team were really pulling out all the stops for the game, with Pelican's defence on the ball. Real nail biting action from both sides ( well done). 

After alot of one two action from Cotgrave, Luis finally found the back of the net to make it 1-0 to Cotgrave, with Kieran really getting in the thick of it. 

Half time: 1-0 Cotgrave

Second Half

Two subs were made Luke S and Luis coming off, to make way for James and Clarke. Both sides started from kick off looking really strong. With Harry having a shot on goal, to be cleared by Pelican once again. Defence from both sides going strong, all the lads really putting in alot of effort. Pelican going into attack mode and getting a good shot on goal only to see Adam (the cat) do an amazing save (well done Adam). Which Adam pulled out a few more times during the second half. But the boys were still keeping Pelican at bay.

Jordan comes up with another shot on goal, unlucky for him he puts it over the cross bar. One more sub, seeing Ben on replacing Jacob, only to see Ben getting into the thick of it straight away clearing the ball off the Cotgrave line. Many more shots on the Pelican goal by Harry hitting the side netting and the bar, the lads really want this and put in extra effort only to see after Harry's many efforts on goal, he finally found the back of the net to make it 2-0 to Cotgrave. One more sub is made, taking James off and putting Luke S on.

More action coming from both sides, Cotgrave defence strong on keeping their win, Pelican trying their best too, with excellent action from both sides. To see Carl making his last sub of the game taking Harry off and putting Luke H on.

Man of the Match: The Whole Squad!

Well done to all the boys for their efforts of this season, everyone is really proud of their total efforts as a team, and getting where they have.
